      Children under age three who have significant delays in their development, or who may have medical conditions or other risk factors that can cause delays in their development can be eligible for WV Birth To Three.

      REACHH-FRC provides Birth To Three (BTT) service coordination services. The goal of service coordination is to keep BTT team members on track, arrange necessary team meetings, and to provide linkage and referral to families. Families can request BTT services by contacting the Regional Administrative Unit which is part of MountainHeart.
